Return Policy

 If for any reason you are not happy and you would like to exchange an item for store credit you must follow the following guidelines:

1. Send us an email and tell us you would like to exchange your item for credit. bellarose_boutique@yahoo.com 

(Excludes FINAL SALE ITEMS)

PLEASE NOTE: You have 10 days from the time you receive your order to make a request for credit. NO request can be made after 10 days.

Absolutely NO Refunds

You will be issued a RA# (return authorization)

PLEASE NOTE: Once you are issued a return authorization RA # you have 10 days to return merchandise back to Bella Rose Boutique. We do not except exchanges past 10 days! If we recieve item(s) past 10days the items will be sent back at your own cost and no Store Credit will be made!

 

2. Send the item back to us at your expense (shipping is non refundable)**You are Responsible for Sending Us the tracking Number from the Return Label You Purchase.**

 

3. Once we receive the item and it meets the resale standards, we will email you with a credit code to purchase something new. There will be a 10% Restocking Fee.

If it does not meet the resale requirements then you will not be issued a credit so please make sure the item is in mint condition. All tags must be attached and items cannot be washed or worn.
